What have your hotels done to tackle COVID-19?

Our hotels are certified Covid Safe and Secure with enhanced disinfection procedures, sanitiser stations and social distancing infrastructure to ensure guest safety.

When can I check in?

You can choose your own check-in/out time,  which is available to you when you book direct on our website. Regular hotel check-in is 2pm.

Can you store my bags and things?

We’re always more than happy to store luggage free of charge during your stay at our hotels, and you’re welcome to leave your bags with us during the day, on the day you check-in or check-out.

What happens if I need to cancel my reservation at any of your hotels?

We offer a range of flexible and semi-flexible rates to allow you to easily cancel your reservation free of charge if your plans change for whatever reason.
