Group Reservations

We offer special rates and conditions for group bookings.  If you are looking to book more than four rooms in one reservation, please get in contact with us via email, telephone or the contact form below. As a thank you for booking multiple rooms with us, we will ensure you get access to special group discounts, perks and policies.

Whether your group is travelling for business, leisure or both, our bespoke services will be perfectly tailored to suit every type of traveller. Many of our groups are staying to attend conferences, weddings or events in our hotels and we can create package offers including the function rooms, dining and bedrooms you require.

All our properties have fewer than 100 rooms so we can offer you a more sophisticated and attentive service. We can designate certain public areas for use by your group guests only and we can also provide a group coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly. In certain circumstances, whole hotels can be reserved for your larger groups, ensuring you get the most personalised and exclusive service possible.

Bespoke dining arrangements can also be arranged for your groups including private dinners, lunchboxes and room service. All dietary requirements can be satisfied as we can bring in chefs and staff especially for your guests.
