Mercure London Paddington Hotel

"We are a couple of italian men and we enjoyed very much the days that we spent at Mercure Paddington in London. The hotel is next to the eponymous station and many tube lines, including the newest Elizabeth line, than it’s really easy to get around the city and go hiking. Our room was really large and comfortable. The breakfast was rich and varied: we loved "Benedict eggs", freshly prepared! The restaurant is run by a very kind guy, always very helpful. We remember this boy with great pleasure. We can say the same about the entire staff at the hotel, they acknowledged all our requests and made our stay very comfortable, but we would like to spend a very special thank for Mrs Oltita: she has been amazingly kind, helpful and welcoming; we will never forget the treatment we received by her."
